Standard Shipping:

Delivery time: 2-12 days nationally.

Note: All orders are made to order, especially for you. We do not work with stock, ensuring that each piece is unique and exclusive.

Insurance and Tracking:

All shipments include tracking through CTT. The customer will receive the tracking number to follow the status of their order.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping for purchases over €300.

Return Policy

For Gold-Plated Jewelry:

1-year warranty for defects like porosity and color change.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear due to daily use.

General Warranty:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as deformation or structural issues with the piece.

Does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use or accidents (drops, impacts, exposure to chemicals, etc.).

Stone Fixing Warranty:

The fixing of stones in jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the purchase date.

The warranty does not cover:

Stone drops caused by impacts, falls, or improper use.

Stones that are broken, chipped, or damaged due to misuse.

Stone Replacement Service:

If a stone falls or gets damaged outside of the warranty conditions, we offer a stone replacement service at a reduced cost, exclusive to Manoa customers.

Return Period:

We accept returns up to 15 days after receiving the order.

Return Process:

The customer should send an email to joias@manoa.site to initiate the return process.

We will send a prepaid shipping label, if applicable.

The item will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities.

Conditions:

The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original documentation.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

Refund Options:

Refund to the original payment method.

Store credit for future purchases.

Exchange for another item.

Exceptions:

Items damaged by improper use will not be eligible for return.

If the product arrives with a defect or damage, we will cover all return costs and offer either a replacement item or a full refund.
